At the moment, all orders are processed in Pounds Sterling (GDP £). Exchange rates would be calculated automatically at the card issuer’s rate.
We use a variety of different couriers to deliver internationally. Some of these couriers will have fixed international rates, especially for larger or heavier items, we are not able to change these charges, nor is it possible to choose the courier your parcel will come with.
If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, this may incur a re-delivery charge, and this is usually the same amount as the postage paid originally.
All delivery timescales will be given in working days.
A working day is from Monday – Friday.
Depending upon the destination country, how the parcel is shipped, and what delivery option is chosen, the timescales may vary.
Prices are dependent upon the weight & size of the parcel/s. We would need to get a quote for you, and you should receive this within 24-48 working hours of your request.
We would require payment before despatch.

Any customs or import tax would be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Cheque – Please note until the cheque has fully cleared we would be unable to send out any orders.

We must be informed within 7 working days of any discrepancies, or requests of cancellation.
It will be the customer’s responsibility to return any products, unless there was an error at our end.
We would require the item(s) back to ourselves before sending a replacement or a refund.
